Dial Up Your Leadership
Tune In to Create Awareness, Choice, and Engagement
We spend a lot of time in business today focusing on technical skills. This day focuses on the harder, and much more essential, competencies that support personal awareness, choice, and true engagement – leading to coordinated and productive teams.
Designed like an “amazing race,” participants will understand and apply directly what they learn. We will focus on:
- The importance of and ability to observe oneself in action
- Coordinating: making and managing commitments
- Cultivating trust
- The importance of mood – and how to shift it
- Connecting and blending and the energy of the team
- The ability to give and seek assessments of performance
- Cultivating a respect for and appreciation of differences
You will build a suite of competencies and amplify your ability to
- Manage effective and accountable action
- Lead and manage your team to greater productivity
- Build trusting relationships
- Give and receive ongoing feedback (performance management is not just a once a year event)
